Blissful Balance Massage Cancellation Policy

At Blissful Balance Massage, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged until the day of your appointment, unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

Cancellation Fees

• 24 hours or more before your appointment: No charge.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

• 12 hours or less before your appointment: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• No-call, no-show: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. You will still be responsible for the full cost of your scheduled appointment.

Emergency Situations

We understand that true emergencies and unexpected illnesses occur. These situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
